$699,999.00 Recovery in Minor Impact Case

We obtained a $699,000.00 settlement in a case that sustained less than $2,500.00 in damage to our client’s vehicle against a publicly traded defense contractor. Initially insurance argued the damage to our client’s vehicle was insufficient to cause any mechanism of injury.  In litigation we established the client had no prior medical history that could explain the need for surgery which resulted in the company ultimately accepting responsibility.
