Jeff Schwalbach is the founder of DJA Injury Attorneys, established in 2025 after years of experience advocating for clients in personal injury cases. He personally manages every case from start to finish, priding himself on consistent client communication and support throughout the often-stressful litigation process.
From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Schwalbach represented insurance companies in matters involving auto and trucking accidents, premises liability, and wrongful death. From 2017 to 2021, he shifted his focus to defending physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in professional negligence cases, wrongful death, elder abuse, dependent adult neglect, intentional torts, and civil rights violations.
A graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (2015), Schwalbach is admitted in all California state and U.S. District courts and was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2019 to 2021 and 2023 to 2025. He is highly regarded for his work ethic, integrity, and compassionate approach, earning respect from colleagues on both sides of injury litigation. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
